SOAR's founder and owner, Catherine Castillo, has committed five years of her time to study and earn the credentials necessary to improve her emotional intelligence and ability to work with others to improve theirs. Her corporate experience has afforded her the opportunity to work with and develop coaching cultures over the past twelve years.
